This integration with Exact Globe will allow you to create monthly sales orders / concept invoices in Exact Globe by uploading an XML generated and based on invoice data from Ingram Micro.
After loading the invoice report (JSON) in our platform you need to map Ingram Micro customers and products to Exact Globe customers and items. This mapping will be saved for future use and can be altered if necessary of course.
When the mapping structure is in place (also regarding the unit prices) you can execute the link.
This will initiate the creation of an XML file that can be uploaded into Exact Globe. After uploading this XML, sales orders / concept invoices will be created per customer in Exact Globe.
This data can be amended if needed before it is processed into definitive invoices.
