SupplierLink offers (with an Autotask Live-Link) a quick product/price lookup with the MSPs main hardware suppliers (currently Ingram Micro and Tech Data).
By using this integration the MSP can compare its specific unit cost from these hardware suppliers so that they are able to quickly evaluate the cheapest price and best availability.
Additionally, SupplierLink can be scheduled to frequently update the unit cost of products (based on their VPN – Vendor Part Number & MPN – Manufacturer Product Number) inside Autotask.
Also, from within the price-lookup screen on our platform, new products can be created or existing products can be updated in Autotask with information regarding unit cost, unit price, product name, product description, vendor, total stock, estimated delivery date, etc.
Last but not least, ApplicationLink can send the MSP emails with products and color-codes on a daily basis.
A green code means that the unit cost is reduced, an orange code means that the unit cost has been raised and a red code indicates that the unit cost has been raised AND is higher than the unit price of that specific product in Autotask.
