ApplicationLink’s integration of DocuSign with Autotask allows the user to quickly send a DocuSign template to its customer for signing using quote and contract related data from Autotask.
By once-off mapping on the ApplicationLink platform of the Autotask data to the (custom) fields in the DocuSign templates, the user no longer needs to re-enter any data manually on the quote or contract to be signed.
Examples of Autotask data are: Quote, Account, Product, Service, Shipping Type, Payment Term & Contact.
The mapping needs to be done per DocuSign template and will be saved on the ApplicationLink platform.
Sending a document is very easy and takes less than a minute.
After selecting an Autotask account, link, DocuSign template, Autotask contract/quote and possibly an attachment (like T&Cs), just push the button “send to DocuSign”. Your customer will then receive an email with a link to the document in DocuSign. As soon as the document has been signed it will be stored in DocuSign.
