Basic information

Do you want to stop transferring invoices, created in Autotask, manually to weclapp? Then you should consider to start using this solution developed by ApplicationLink.

The integration will transfer invoices from the Autotask invoice history to weclapp as definitive invoices (Rechnungen) or as sales orders (Aufträge). You can do this manually or fully automated (scheduled). Relevant information from every invoice line will be transferred to weclapp.

The integration offers a vast amount of link settings to optimize the user experience and to influence the end result in weclapp.

After every transfer a log can be viewed on our platform or via mail. This log will show you the amount of invoices that were transferred successfully and/or the ones that failed (including the reason why).

To minimize the amount of failed invoice transfers you need to coordinate certain aspects between Autotask and weclapp like accounts, billing codes/articles, tax and payment terms.
