This integration between the ALSO Cloud Marketplace and Exact Globe will require a mapping between the ALSO product code/name and the Exact Globe item code as can be assigned on our platform.
This mapping will be saved for future use and can be altered if necessary of course.
When the mapping structure is in place you can execute the link.
This will initiate the creation of a XML file that can be uploaded into Exact Globe.
After uploading this XML, sales orders will be created per account in Exact Globe with data from the ALSO Cloud Marketplace. This data can be amended if needed before they are processed into definitive invoices.
