The monthly invoice from the Westcoast Cloud Marketplace contains all recurring services, in other words all services purchased in the previous period. The integration between Westcoast Cloud and ConnectWise allows the user to automatically read this invoice, check it and transfer deviations to their PSA solution at the touch of a button.
How exactly does this work?
Select the desired month from a pulldown menu and click on the ‘load invoice’ button. The ApplicationLink platform then automatically retrieves the desired invoice at Westcoast Cloud through their API. The invoice data is presented in a spreadsheet/grid for a clear and easy overview.
Customers, agreements and products need to be (automatically) linked on every line of the grid. Mapping only needs to be done once as we remember this for future use (next month’s invoice). If an agreement or product is not yet available in ConnectWise, it can be created directly from the ApplicationLink platform with the correct data. The ApplicationLink platform will validate the Westcoast Cloud invoice over the API against the ConnectWise agreement and offer the following options based on the feedback:
